Karen Chabert (President and Founder) is a Registered Nurse graduating from Charity Hospital School of Nursing and worked at Charity Hospital in New Orleans as a Head Nurse in Emergency.  She was employed there for 15 years. Karen has been called the Pioneer of Forensic Nursing in Louisiana and is also a Licensed Private Investigator. She is a national and international speaker and has over 33 years of nursing experience.

Mike McCall is a Registered Nurse and a graduate of Charity Hospital School of Nursing  and Holy Cross College.  He has over 33 years of Administrative, Management and Business experience.   His clinical background encompasses emergency, critical care, home health and hospice experience as well as quality improvement and human resources.  He served as President of Amedisys’ Division of Staffing and Patient Care Services supervising the operations of 45 staffing and home health branches.  He also was a Deputy Coroner of Cameron Parish.  As the owner of a consulting firm, Mike assists clients with management, recruiting and retention issues and has spoken at several healthcare association meetings on the recruiting and retention of nurses.  He is a professional photographer and is a member of the Louisiana Press Association.
